The Paneer Tikka Masala is an authentic spice mix to prepare delicious cottage cheese cubes.

Cottage cheese is a dairy product, a young, unripened cheese with a mild taste and little fat.

Ingredients

Red chilli powder, pea flour, garlic, salt, ginger, coriander, cumin, mustard, turmeric, black pepper, black salt, lemon powder, paprika oleorisin E160c.

Explanation ingredients

Garlic: has distinctive taste and can be used in many dishes.
Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavour, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavour.
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of turmeric plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.

Preparation

  1. Mix 100 ml curd and 2 tablespoons Aachi Paneer Tikka Masala into a smooth, lump-free paste.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Dip 500 grams of diced breadcrumbs (cottage cheese cubes) in hot water and marinate these pieces with the above paste for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Toast the pieces of paneer on both sides in a tava for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon and onion rings.
  6. Serve the hot Paneer Tikka with a green chutney.
